*DAY IN THE LIFE II*

"i'll go." analiese finally spoke up. "you need to stay so u can fly peter to the new location."
"okay." i said. "good luck ana. stay out of sight."
"sure thing. good luck yourself."

then she took off.

"...and then there were two..." peter murmered to himself.

"i cant believe im doing this" I thought to myself

"vera, lets get a move on," I told her "i will cover your back just in case they think to sneak up on us. They've got another thing coming"

"so where exactly are we going?" peter asked.
"i don't know." i said.

i laid down in the snow.

"feeling better?" i asked him.
"i still feel like s***." he replied, wincing.
"it will stop in 103 seconds."
"okay.."
"come on. we need to leave. weather is about to get really bad."
"where are we going?"
"you are about to find a nice underground area with your powers."
"where?"
"you tell me."

"well" i thought to myself "now i dont have to do ANYTHING with that stupid little halfling"

"south. we're going south. there's a waterful near the shore and it has a cave behind it. will any hikers visit?" peter said, finally.
"no. it's too far up."
"sound's like a plan." he said. "how long..."
"68 seconds then you can fly."
"okay. thanks."

we waitied unitil i was sure, then took off. it was foggy, so no one would see us.

"peter..." i said.
"christina? what's wrong?"
"i need to land."
"okay."

he took my hand to remind me how to land. i never really learned. when we got down he put his hands on my sholders. i think he thought i was going to pass out or something.

the vision was too strong. stronger than normal. i had to close my eyes. it's a good thing peter was holding me because the next thing i knew i was about to fall. peter laid me in the snow.

"christina! what's wrong?!?" peter said alarmed.
"vera....the vision's too strong...."
"vera?"
"yes...vladmir.....vladmir got her. she's unconcious." i was finally able to say.
"w-what about analiese?"
"she's on her way here to tell us she lost sight of vera."

about that time analiese came running tward us.

"Hey guys, Christina whats wrong?"

"vera was kidnapped by *wince* vladmir."
"whats wrong with christina?" analiese asked worriedly.
"its a vision. its overpowering her." peter said. he bent down and touched my arm.

the vision was dying slowly...

"christina? you need to relax..." he said.

anailese sat down beside me and stroked my forehead.

"christina what happened to vera?"
"she is knocked out. vladmir....took her." i whispered.

slowly the vision passed. i let loose a sigh.

"i need to go." i said, getting up off the ground. "i need to save her."
"but....your...not well." analiese said.
"i don't care."
"then we are coming with you." she replied.

i took of before they could convince me not to go alone. i saw peter was about to fly and scan the ground for me. i dived into a small hole in the snow. after it was safe, i came back up.

i ran faster and faster until i got to the forest. i checked for a vision.

vera vera vera....how could you be so clueless. i thought i had taught you to be more aware of your surroundings... i heard vladmir say in the vision. he was taking her to our old house. he knew we would come and find her.

i dashed ahead until i was interrupted by another vision. they had stopped. someone knew i was coming. but how?

drop to the ground. now. don't move. garrison warned me.

about that time i heard footsteps. they were a little ways ahead of me.

"is she here yet?" someone asked.
"i...i can't see her anymore. she like disappeared." another voice said.
"lets get back. we have the next shift for watching that vera chick." a third voice said.

i heard them retreat. i was safe. for now.

"christina, where are you" I thought to myself hoping that somehow she would answer.

peter swooped down and landed beside me. But i didnt stop running.

"i lost sight of christina.......analeise...stop running we will find her dont burn yourself out before we get there"

but i couldnt stop i needed to find her.... i couldnt loose another clan sister.

i slowly got up off the ground. they wouldnt be comin back for a while.

a vision told me peter and analiese were looking for me. it wouldn't be safe with us togeather as a group. i had to ge to them before they were seen. or worse.

i took off running tward where i had last seen peter.

i heard her before i saw her. we were running so fast we couldnt stop. when we colided is sounded like two mtns.

"christina.!" I said with a sigh of relief. i embraced her and so did peter.

"guys.... crushing me...."

"*cough* sorry" said peter

"dont u ever scare me like that again!" i was basically shouting but i couldnt stop myself. "how could u do that to me after i lost aurora, u no ur lie a sister to me."

I quickly covered her mouth, "shut up, they could hear you, what are you trying to do??"

To Christina I now directed my attention, "Have you seen anything new?"

"Well, I was almost found by two guys who were apparently had heard me and were working on finding Vera...luckily I had Garrison there to help me," and at this she smiled. She looked the happiest I had seen her in a long time. I miss that.. The happiness, the family, and love that flows between all of these guys. why did I leave this behind? Even as the ghost thing I could have stayed, and things might have been different..for better or worse.
It was a happiness that filled us with hope, and I was sure Ana had felt it too, for she looked at me, and I could see it in her eyes.

"What time is it?" I asked.
"Half past 5... no.. wait...," Chris answered.
"What?" I asked, again.
Christina looked up at us again, with a worried look,"My watch stopped."

why am i wearing a watch?

i threw the watch to the ground.

"um.. why exactly?" peter asked, looking worried.

"i.. i don't know.." i said.

His hand was still over my mouth and it was kinda hard to put my two cents in so i bit down on his hand as hard as i could because talking obviously wasnt working.

"S***, what did u do that for?" he asked

"well maybe if ur cotton picking hand wasnt over my mouth then we wouldnt have this issue now would we?" i asked in my most sarcastic voice. "i was trying to tell u that i know why the watch stopped."

he could be such a doofas somtimes.

"why did it stop Leise?" asked christina

"well" i replied " we must be getting near the boundries of vlads lair because all technology stops working. its keeps the humans from communicating and getting away, just check ur cells."

* looks down at phone*
dang no service, I was hoping to call mom after this, maybe schedule a brunch.. no wait.. I don't have one of those.
