we all breathed a sigh or relief. vladmir was gone. for now.

"do you see him coming anytime soon?" garrison asked me.
"no. but even if he was going to, i wouldn't see it. i think he knows about my visions. he will make sure to keep his thoughts clouded." i answered. i tried to act like it was no big deal, but it scared me. a lot.
"that sucks." analise said.
"tell me about it." i said.
"it just means we should be ready. its all we can do." garrision said, trying to be optimistic.
"yeah...i guess." analise said.
"either that or just sit here holding a big sign that says KILL US NOW. come on, christina. lets go off for a little while. we all need a break." garrision said.

he lifted me up in his arms and flew west. the sun was setting now. it cast shadows over the forest that sheltered us from the humans.

"so where are you taking me, again? we can't go too far from the house." i asked.
"who says? even i could tell you valdamir wasn't coming for a while. some psycic you are." he said, laughing.
"fine then. where are you taking me?"
"to our spot. where else?"
"why didn't i see that? my visions are screwy these days!"
"hey now. don't be too hard on yourself, christy. your visions are fine. i just blocked my thoughts so i could annoy you. looks like it worked."
"very much so. you know i hate it when you do that. and when you drop me when we're flying and catch me right before i go splat."

i regretted the words right when they escaped my lips. as soon i as said them he let go of me. i8 screamed all the way down. he of course was in a fit of giggles when he caught me.

"you suck." i said. but of course i smiled.

he went ahead and landed right where he dropped me. i had a vision when my feet touched the ground. it was the same one as before. vera and the outlined-person. only this time i could make out the face. i couldn't believe who i saw.

thats impossible. peter died. i saw him die. impossible. i thought.

"would you just tell me or do i have 2 guess?" garrison asked.
"guess. but later. i have to talk to vera." i answered.
